Return/Exchange -Some unacceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the shoes anymore; I ordered the wrong size or color; colors of shoes are darker or lighter than pictured; shoes are not suitable. -Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoe or size sent; factory defects on shoes; or mistake on some parts of shoes. -The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we can’t offer you credit and exchange. -Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 working days after receiving shoes to get an exchange on the shoes. -If your shoes are accepted for exchange, we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.
Shipping disputed If your package is held by customs, we will do our best to have it released. If it is impossible, we can negotiate about other method! All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
